Firstly, I'd like to say hi,
Welcome to Fore Crystals, and thank you for visiting me today.
A bit about me and Fore Crystals
Over the years, I have always enjoyed a fresh, smelling home with lots of different fragrances.
From making my bedding and curtains smell fresh by mixing fabric softener and water to burning incense sticks.
There’s no better feeling than walking in after a long day at work or being out with the children all day and walking into a nice and homely smelling home.
I go through stages where I prefer therapeutic and mentally stimulating scents, like lavender and camomile or clary sage.
I know when I was pregnant, I was addicted to the smell of clary sage.
But then, on a fresh spring morning, I would use anything and everything that reminded me of clean laundry.
Having 4 small children, I felt I was limited to what I could use as the benefits of using these products that contain lots of chemicals were not worth it.
That’s when I made the decision to leave my career in healthcare, to make home fragrance products that are not only affordable but that resemble scents that are recognisable, like laundry or home baked cakes, and products that are not full of harsh chemicals.
Working in healthcare was something I always wanted to do, I enjoyed every minute of it, but it’s not to say it doesn’t come with any cons, Working long shifts is absolutely exhausting especially when they're back to back.
I felt like I never saw my family, and I never had time to enjoy my personal life.
I had to take a step back.
Now I do something I love so much.
Creating products that are safer, stronger, and cheaper than you can buy in the local supermarkets.
I spend a lot of time planning the best way to design and make my products/packaging look not only aesthetically pleasing but also have all the required information and smell absolutely incredible.
How I came up with the name Fore Crystals…
Having four children, I wanted to include being a mum of some way into my business name without it being too obvious.
I decided Fore, although spelt differently, would be a good choice of word, as it also means going forward. Which is my forever plan, and now I feel like I can.
Crystals are a very significant object in the mental stimulation process.
They have been used for centuries by different cultures and traditions for healing, protection, and manifestation. Crystals can enhance your energy, balance your chakras, and attract what you desire.
Crystals are believed to emit unique energies and vibrations that can positively influence our own energy fields.
I decided to use crystals in some of my products to not only relax, calm, and bring peace, but to allow you to unblock your chakras through using your senses.
I hope you enjoy using my products and benefit from them as much as I enjoy making and designing them xx
