Fore Crystals has a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, contact me at forecrystals@outlook.com, Please attach pictures and the reason why you would like to return.
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please do inspect your order on arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please include a photo so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost parcels will only be refunded if there is proof from the delivery company, that they have not delivered the package to you within the delivery time, or if the goods have arrived damaged.
I take care during my packing process to ensure all products are packed accordingly to ensure they arrive safely.
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
To be eligible for a return, you must retain the original packaging (unless it is damaged during transit) and include all items of the order. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
